Ingredients for 1 serving:
1/2 oz Bacardi white rum
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur sweet and sour mix
Mix all ingredients together, shake, and strain over ice into a highball glass. Garnish with a skewer of pineapple and melon chunks topped with a maraschino cherry and a cocktail parasol.
